This engaging cookbook includes dozens upon dozens of full-proof Asian recipes that are quick and easy to do—all in time for tonight's supper! The recipes will appeal to Americans' growing interest in Asian cuisines and a taste for foods that range from pot stickers to bulgogi burgers and from satay to summer rolls.
Jaden Hair, professional recipe developer, television chef and author of the blog Steamy Kitchen recently decided it was time for a kitchen makeover for her Florida home. Jaden only had two requests, a wide open space that would accommodate both family activities and still maintain a large enough area for prepping and cooking, her second request- no laminate! We interviewed Jaden to hear her thoughts on her beautiful new kitchen and see how Top Knobs was able to assist in bringing the design to life. Susan flew to our home in Florida from NYC and flew home the same day.
Six years later, and Jaden has built herself an empire from that small blog that now employs her entire family. She has her own line of rice bran oil, branded woks, and a regular spot cooking on-air on Daytime, as well as more thanfollowers on Twitter. Her latest cookbook, Steamy Kitchens Healthy Asian Favorites, speaks to a new wave of healthy eating without the sacrifice.
